1st - Bigger breasts and buttocks are a problem?

2nd - Drink more water, will make you feel more full; Get the snacks and junk out the house, so you can't eat it; Front-load your day with eggs, bacon, etc, you'll get plenty of carbs throughout the day without trying; Try doing 16 hour fasts a few times per week, start at 6PM after dinner, this will eliminate mindless nighttime snacking;

It’s genetic that fat accumulates in certain places. I can’t handle any more tits growth. I can’t sleep at night!
