Continuing my radical honesty on creator earnings.
I made about 25k sats on Nostr this month or about $20.
$69 made on Xitter.

Anyway, one of the things that’s puzzling me is I want to share video content directly to Nostr … but that costs about 30-50k sats a month via Nostr Build.
Any tips or ideas welcome!

Use satellite.earth media hosting. It’s far cheaper (5 cents per GB) but you only pay for what you use each month. So if you pay for 1GB but only use 100MB then your balance is only charged for that much usage.

Honestly I don't see any of your post on nostr, while I see you more often on Twitter. The beauty of the algorithm I guess...
It is worth noticing that you have 3 times more follower on X than on nostr too, to put it in perspective.
But I'm pretty sure your reach on nostr is immensely smaller that the one on X for some reason, you are like shadow banned of my feed lol.

So first off, it looks like you already have a plan. Did you max out storage? You are looking at the upgrade options.
Second, you said in today’s note costs are ‘30-50k sats a month’, actual prices are priced in year, but if divided by 12 are significantly less than 30k a month.
I’ve maxed out - how can I upgrade to max out some more?
Ahh, yes, well, you can either delete some of your larger or unused videos, or upgrade to that next tier, 79k additional per year (120k total)
But thinking we need to add more GB to that plan, let me up the middle one from 20GB to 30GB regardless.
sir, you have to pay by the year. there's only 3 plans. he was just doing the math for you by diving the yearly prices by 12 to get the monthly cost.

One potential workaround would be to use flare.pub to publish all of your videos. When you upload them there is an option to add a web link. I don’t believe YouTube links work but Vimeo links definitely do. Then you could build a library on there and share links to clients such as nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 and nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg
The full videos will also appear natively on other clients such nostr:npub1w0rthyjyp2f5gful0gm2500pwyxfrx93a85289xdz0sd6hyef33sh2cu4x
