Would it be possible to create a way for people to provide markup language in either basic html or wikimedia scripting, depending on the need and what people are familiar with?

You can certainly easily change the client for that but Pablo argued against it to keep things simple and thus open. In the end we might see a mix and maybe even alternative versions of articles.
I'm still looking for a way to log in to edit. I'm new enough to nostr that the available options are cryptic and arcane.

My first successful client is Primal, so I don't know what user@provider to use, and I don't have a bunker URL yet. Still researching.
yeah, I used my nos2x-fox or nos2x browser plugin on the desktop.
I had to create a new nostr profile, but I was able to log in with the new one. I'm unable to find the nsec key for the new one, but maybe that doesn't matter for this purpose.
