Great content Richard. You made a remark this episode about Zyns being a shitcoiner trait. I’d like to ask you to clarify because I’ve been cutting back a bit on smoking cigarettes so I have more breath in the gym and can squat 225 someday. The gym is one of the main places I get my #40HPW however if Zyn is a fiat/shitcoiner habit what should I do? Maybe I just smoke on the way back from the gym as a reward?
