They wanna use bitcoin nodes to host images. It's a great way to get CP on everyones personal server and get government to crack down on bitcoin nodes thus impacting the network.
It's an attack.
Same for me. From my pov, it looks like an attempt to turn everyone's personal node into a server that anyone can host images on. It wouldn't take long for nefarious actors to use that to host CP on, in an attempt to get government to crack down on node or arrest people they want too.
It looks like an attack on nodes in every regard.
