I totally judge people who use Amazon Ring.

Same applies for Echo, Alexa, Siri, smart TVs and anything else which listens to everything you say at all times. You want to sell your privacy and freedom (and those of anyone near you) for a tiny bit of convenience? You can do that, but don't ask me to respect you. I don't care if any of these services claim to respect privacy, unless they can prove it with more than 'trust me bro'.

What smartphone do you use? What about the phones of people you are around regularly?

GoS. I believe I managed to get the family to disable 'Hey Siri' but I don't go around calling it all the time...

Hoping wife's phone will break soon 😁 and then she's promised to go Graphene OS too.

Perfect privacy is practically impossible yes, but if I can reduce the surveillance from 100% to may be 20% that's good enough for me.
