Excess iron saturation can be bad for man's health, no?

Heme iron is much much safer than elemental iron, but even excess heme can raise ferritin levels.

I would get biannual labs to make sure I'm not exposing myself to a litany of iron dominance issues.

Diversify protein intake from just muscle meat to diary and collagenous cuts.

Take colostrum/lactoferrin as a starting place if iron has become dysregulated.

I suspect this is another reason that keto/carnivore people bald out early. Entrenched iron dominance is extremely stressful to the body.
