More protein, less calories, more balanced macros

been trying to eat more healthy, but just by eating less garbage overall

This is basically all you need to do, don't eat stuff that comes from a factory

If you exercise a decent amount you need more protein generally

boiled eggs & overnight oats

Yogurt with stuff like fruit, grains, and whatever you want

Just coffe

Fried pork or beef and eggs. Occasional salad 🥗
