What's for dinner?

I've been cooking with fenugreek leaves all week and have consumed the large bag I purchased Saturday 😂

Thanks nostr:npub16as8gepztj9tvyx6n9y4h3cv3gaytgpl3g32jhcxlj6mcss72uaqjwg2tf for the Methi Thelpa suggestion... I did a gluten free version that was quite tasty. I had no problem polishing off three for dinner tonight 😋

And nostr:npub16afkyc9c3nm7tnplef8cyfq0xs4upxrk9nems4w46aj70ry4mh9slhh4dp for suggesting the Aloo Palak - this was the recipe the women in the Indian market was telling me about! I served them with fish, with fried eggs and tonight the remaining leftovers with the Methi Thalpa!

I also made a curry with yellow mung dal, toor dal, pumpkin and fenugreek leaves....this was 🔥.

....next up, sprouting the seeds!

That's great! I'm glad you liked them 😄

Looks tasty 🤌

I've enjoyed the culinary adventure this week 😁

Yea, those dishes you cooked looked excellent. I'm a big fan of dhal variations. We have a big moringa tree growing next to our house so we have a good supply of drumsticks, the long seed pods, that go into some of the dhals I cook in the summer. If you have a chance to find them they're really just an easy quick boil and then mix with the dish. Chew for the soft pulp inside and then spit out the skin. If you can't find them search out Filipino community in your area because they enjoy to grow and eat the leaves. Not sure if they use the drumsticks much though. They call it Malunggay.
