Anarchy seems to sound most pleasant to people who feel alienated from their local government.

I simply do not feel any such alienation.

I feel alienation from my federal government, mostly.

I also think that a culturally-cohesive, productive, moral society will tend to do well, regardless of the government or lack thereof.

And everyone else won't do well.

I like the adult you . And you are spot on. The key is cultural homogeneity. A society where the members have the same moral standard and expectations will always find a way to succeed together.

It's why the commies try to break the cultural connection to the past and encourage mass migration. It disrupts the social order. Exactly what they are trying to change.
