My doctor up and moved without even telling me. I found out by accident that I had no doctor when I looked up my health record as an example to train someone at work. No PCP Assigned. Felt great.

I can't even imagine having a doctor I'm so close to that I could send them anything. The only way to talk to mine has always been to schedule a rushed, and often pointless 15 minute "exam" that rarely ever got me 15 whole minutes of attention. This has been the case across systems.
