Eat a bowl of them
1. Don't see bad snacks
2. Don't have bad snacks readily available
3. Always prefer to drink water
Personally i learnt that if I truly crave that I need that, for example if I had been getting to little nutrients and have an energy deficiency ill crave something like a BBQ pizza from dominos. Ill permit myself one then its fixed.
But since you said you don't want to i'd say the next best thing you can do is find out why you have that, listen to your body what is it trying to obtain? Then obtain what its after.
Keep beef sticks or beef jerky or summer sausage on hand and keep carb/sugary snacks out of the house.
I will do that. I avoid buying sugary snacks.
Far is good for you just not processed fat
The method that has worked for me is to eat everything but in small amounts. If you try to adopt a strict fasting method, you will fail very quickly. Eating less food and snacks will reduce your stomach capacity and appetite over a few months and you will no longer feel hungry. So whenever you crave a snack, buy a pack of snacks and throw away a large amount and eat the rest.
