How mine aged after years of daily use (it's probably the one in the original picture)
I currently have 3 person asking for the old world harness. It is my absolute favorite. I love it so much. I like to work this leather, I like to wear it. I've been wearing mine for years now. It aged with me. The patina is incredible.

Love mine, wear it every day going on two years— just starting to show some proper wear. Any care suggestions? Do I need to oil it or something to keep the colors bright and prevent cracking as it ages?
Personally I don't intend to try anything like that with mine until there's something bothering me about it and I need a fix.
But in truth I do not know. Maybe spraying some mink oil could help longevity but I've never seen any scientific study testing such things.
I'm really not an expert, but I do feel like leather care is not as needed as the leather care industry will have you believe.
