This is simple ape like financial advice for fellow apes, a thought experiment for very rudimentary thought capacity:

Get a loan, borrow $100k @ 5% interest

Keep $40k in a separate account so you can pay the interest for 8 years. (8y X 5% X 100k = 40k 🐒)

Buy #Bitcoin for the remaining $60k

Wait.

Don't spend the money you set aside for servicing the loan.

Don't spend the bitcoin 🐵

Check the price after 8 years.

Celebrate.

Well, I didn't say this was a very serious strategy, but if it were then all the apes 🦧🦍🐒 would need to go look for the proper collateral. For example; Short fiat with a mortgage, collect rent on the property to service the loan, short fiat by buying bitcoin. Double short!
