What is the most trustlessway of using Bitcoin?

Like which of this 2 solutions may rug me first and why ?

Anyway it's nice to see all these working wallets poping up to onboard beginners

This prompted me to read a bit on this topic since I do not really know much about spark.

It seems that one of the core differences is the duration for which you need to trust someone to act honestly.

On liquid you need to continually trust the federation to be honest. At any time in the future they could theoretically collude against you.

On spark you need to trust them only at the time of the transaction to delete your keys. If they act honestly at the time of the transaction then in the future they can not collude to take your funds.

I am no expert in either but this is my quick read.

Yep this what I understand also but I'll have to dig deeper to make a clear opinion.

But from where I stand right now, in the favor of Liquid the fact that their are many more actors who need to collude in order to rug me seem to be a advantage.

Liquid federation can always rug me but there are many parties involved

Spark can rug me some times, but without the need to collude or with less people (just one is enough I think)

For a spark rug I think you only need 1 honest actor to prevent the rug.
