Iām not judging you lol for real! (I thought you were kidding tbh) but if youāre not:
We all have stuff. I have CPTSD from a very fkd up childhood. Self-diagnosis isnāt reliable. A lot of different diagnoses have the same/crossover symptoms, and only a professional can help figure out whatās really going on.
