The “undiagnosed” or “self-diagnosed” ailments are wild to me. Like, taking an online quiz is a diagnonsense…

We all have stuff. I have CPTSD from a very fkd up childhood. Self-diagnosis isn’t reliable. A lot of different diagnoses have the same/crossover symptoms, and only a professional can help figure out what’s really going on.
