You only have to commit to doing one push-up. Once you’re in position to do 1, you’ll find that you don’t want to waste the time doing just 1, so 10 is an easy target. You’ll find that once you get to 10, you’re not tired and you’re already in position, so might as well shoot for 20. At 20, you might be tired, but not exhausted, so you may as well go to 30, and so on.

Just commit to one and you’ll find yourself getting it done. 💪🏻

Building on the small incremental steps is amazing to see the results in 6 months as it'll then be a habit and come natural and be automatic #BTC #Nostr #Zap ⚡

i've been wanting to get back into doing push-ups. part of my brain says i can't do them because im afraid still to do anything too strenuous with my chest. i assume my sternum is fully healed now, but in the back of my mind im still worried about it.

You only need to do one 💪🏻

Hangboarding 3min per day will yield enormous strength if done consistently. Push ups, not so much.

👀

I can only do one cock push-up but honestly I’m fine with that
