Not sure, but it should still be a great thing with lots of potassium in it.

The drowsiness that many experience might come from a lack of that, we need as much as 4 grams a day really...

Also magnesium is necessary for us to utilize vitamin C properly. Long term, high dosage of vitamin C might also deplete copper.

Which reminds me that I should keep taking the broad spectrum trace mineral pills that I have here :-)

I should look into this again. I took ‘greens’ for years, years ago.

I used to be a supplement junky recently I realized nobody agrees on anything and everything seems to have counter indications so I’m not taking anything anymore. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Agree that everyone has different opinions and results vary drastically from person to person. There are a few that my body cries for that I can’t seem to get enough of from food alone.
