Yes. If you drink coffee without milk and/or sugar it has no calories and does not break your fast. ☕️

Some suggest that if you drink coffee late in the fast, once you are in fat burning stage, it can accelerate fat burning even more.

Fun fact: sauna may brake your fast. 😄

Interesting about sauna, I did not know about that.

Why is that? Muscle metabolism?

In short it is because when you are in sauna, you sweat and dehydrate and your blood sugar spikes.
