You might check out the simple and sinister routine from strong first for a good way to build up your swings. I’ve used this for a couple years to good effect. I’m currently doing the swings with a 40 kg bell, though in sets of 10 and not all at once.

Given a tangential bit if inspiration from nostr:npub1kwk98e8t2p3t0um50e3luulxwyt5mtcxvc80w8w89fcuju0dmzfsgkhx95 and Beth (whom I can't tag right now because of that annoying bitcoin symbol in her nym), I decided to be a complete idiot and do 100 kettlebell swings with the one kettlebell I currently have: a 40 pounder. (~18kg for the godless Heathens.)

I'm gonna feel this tomorrow, for sure. Ugh.
