You might check out the simple and sinister routine from strong first for a good way to build up your swings. I’ve used this for a couple years to good effect. I’m currently doing the swings with a 40 kg bell, though in sets of 10 and not all at once.

“Sinister” level is tough. I don’t plan to attempt it. But the “simple” is doable, a gradual progression. Just have to be patient.
