i used to be able to copy-paste from tenor but now after the new βuploadβ feature was released they donβt animate anymore
I have the same issue. I usually paste the .gif link from nostr.build and they don't animate.

From my tests:
- pasting a gif image is broken
- uploading a gif image works
- pasting a gif url works fine
- copying tenor links is unreliable due to their hotlink protections
btw is there a way to remove media from a note?
on the mac version of the damus app rn and i canβt see a way to remove it (ignore the first pic, itβs still on here but i canβt delete lol.)

What if you tap and hold down the gif to copy the image instead of the link?
It would require you to upload to the note, but maybe that will do it?
