Good morning,Nostriches! I decided to stay home today and watch online classes because I have migraine. Does anyone here know how I can get better without medication? Do you know any tea or any other thing that helps with headache? 🤕

If you do,please let me know.

Have a good and painless Wednesday! 💜

cold pad helps me with headaches

I hope you can find some relief soon ❤️‍🩹

Good morning and hope you feel better soon. As for my migraines I just try to take a warm or Luke warm shower, drink plenty of water and take electrolyes. hearty stews and a little bit of stretching before I sleep.

I hope this helps.

You can try cannabis

I don’t smoke 🚭 also I hate the smell of cannabis

No need to smoke it ✌️

First, where is the headache located? In and around your temples? Behind the eyes? Top of your skull or Back of the head and/or the neck?

Is it constant pain or more "pounding", getting worse when you perform physical activity, hear loud sounds or music, or look at bright lights?

It’s located in the front of my head and it gets worse with physical activity and bright lights. 😞

Yep, that's a classic migraine alright.

I copypasted this from Brave Leo:

"Photophobia, or extreme light sensitivity, is a common symptom of migraine and is one of the criteria used to diagnose migraine.2 Up to 80% of people who get migraines have photophobia along with their headaches, and many of those people are light sensitive even when they are not experiencing other migraine symptoms.1 Light sensitivity can begin in a migraine attack even before the head pain starts, and some individuals may experience photophobia even when they are not experiencing other migraine symptoms, with the most severe cases involving daily, disabling sensitivity to light.2 Other causes of photophobia can include ocular conditions, central nervous system disorders, and blepharospasm.0 People with both migraine headaches and photophobia may find relief in a dimly lit room during a migraine attack.3"

Test yourself to see if the symptoms are reduced if you turn down the lights around you, draw curtains, and reduce the light intensity on your mobile devices and computer monitors etc.

Give yourself at least 30 minutes is a dimmed or darkened room to see if it makes any difference.

Let me know if this helps any, as I have other suggestions.

Classic Book Migraine

Stay away from lights and sound. Get to bed and cold pads in forehead.

You should take shrooms

Morning☕😊

GM Farfa and get well! As a doctor I would recommend 50mg of sumatriptan and you're done 😅💊😜

Also stopping smoking, drinking plenty of water, exercising, sleeping good and considering changing hormonal contraceptives if one has recurrent migraines are indications to control the migraine well.

2/3 of a shot. I know it sounds like a joke, but mean it seriously.

"Two third" (a fraction) and not 2 or 3 ;)

A shot of what? Vodka?

Yes, some strong alcohol: vodca, cachaça, tequila

Wine or beer might work, but I would not recommend as the default, because high histamine levels, might actually have the opposite effect

There is a ton of scientific research on PubMed evaluating the effectiveness of taking riboflavin (vitamin B2) for migraines. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/?term=riboflavin+migraines

I’ll buy this vitamin

My wife drinks the juice from the pickle jar for headaches. Not sure if it works for migraines though.
