I threw out most of my supplements after carnivore.
There's no need to supplement on carnivore but you can expect at least 3 weeks of feeling less than optimal. I think it has a lot to do with where you start from & a lot is carb cravings.
I think you'd benefit from some electrolytes (magnesium, potassium & sodium) after about day 3. This is related to going into ketosis & shedding excess water.
Magnesium helps with muscle twitching & cramping. Potassium helps with low blood pressure & any dizziness.
I'd only do this for a few days, but you're kidneys won't mind the work. Salt your meat liberally.
Eating meat helps dull the cravings. Don't restrict how much you're eating & go for the fatty cuts over the leaner ones. You don't get much energy from protein & the fat helps.
At one point I got so sick of meat, I couldn't bear the thought of it. I think I fasted a day & then never had that problem come back.
