The Supreme Court would have to rule on that and based on the makeup of the court it is close to a 0% chance IMO.

Courts tend to rule on things after the fact, not before. So the court could, say, rule that the electoral suspension was unconstitutional, but that wouldnât stop it from having already occurred, IIUC.
