I feel the odds are very high, the left is extremely desperate right now.
The Supreme Court would have to rule on that and based on the makeup of the court it is close to a 0% chance IMO.
Courts tend to rule on things after the fact, not before. So the court could, say, rule that the electoral suspension was unconstitutional, but that wouldnāt stop it from having already occurred, IIUC.

I think 50/50 is generous. I personally donāt think there will be an election.š¤·āāļø
