It’s true. I used to get harassed by them almost daily when I used to work in a city in the south. And this was in a “nice part” of the city.

Is this the "there are normal black people and then there niggers" concept? Sort of like Thomas Sowell when he says, "black rednecks?"

Nuanced definitions are not the norm. Using the word with a hard "r" gives most people the impression that you are just referring to black people.
