After riding around in a rented Tesla for a few days I see Tesla owners much differently.
Mainly as victims of a scam.
In addition to less fundamental issues, the car had about 100,000 miles on it and the battery life was atrocious.

Every rechargeable battery craps out eventually. What year was the car?
I don't recall
I would worry about the electromagnetic radiation. I would guess it is crazy high
Rentals are always charged on supercharges. Drains them way faster. Also rental cars are just flat out abused. I rented a Tesla once. Peice of shot.
How're, I own 2. We charge at home. More than enough battery life for everything we need with thr occasional supercharge on long trips.
I wouldn't even consider going back to a gas car for a daily driver... I would love another lifted jeep for weekends and surfing though...
I had considered that the battery wasn't well taken care of and that it would probably last longer if it was charged at home.
I'm glad you're happy with your purchase. How many miles on the cars so far?
25K on wife's model3 long range and less on my model Y. So to your point let's see where we are at 100k. But lots of people have posted well over 150k with still around 85-90% battery.
I've never sat it one but everything I've heard about Teslas makes me think that there's a clear difference between luxurious cars and expensive cars.
