Thanks for the tips doing alot of these already but still good to know hopefully I am doing it right. I also like stainless steel tupperware type containers good for both me and the kids for not breaking :)

Another to day that you can make choices that will compound to improve your health!
Today pick one toxic item in your kitchen and research a viable replacement. A few starting points:
Plastic Tupperware > Pyrex Tupperware and Mason jars
Plastic cutting board > wooden cutting board
Teflon and non stick pans > stainless steel and cast iron pans
Cooking spray > coconut oil, tallow, or nostr:nprofile1qqsfnnh6v3dspqtnwv3e46aed5k3nypyfx2wtet92ekg9szt3hr9k4qpzfmhxue69uhhqatjwpkx2urpvuhx2ucp8pmhxue69uhkc6t8dp6xu6twvuhxyetwvd5x7erjdanxvtnrdakj7mn0wd68ycmvd9jkuap0v9cxjtmkxyhhyetvv9ushxayat
Plastic coffee maker > moka pot or French press
You don’t have to make all these changes at once, just make one at a time so you can improve your health AND keep stacking sats 🐮

The stainless steel Tupperware would come in handy for that kind of thing! Since we switched to all glass Tupperware and cups in the kitchen, we break something about once a month 😂 but still better than plastic
