I’ve never done this before. I’m not a gym bro or a motivation meme guy. I just had a life event last year and I’m coming up on the anniversary of it. usually a lone wolf but I think I need a pack for this.

Hello. #nosfit

I like to feel muscular and capable. I recently started Overhead pressing 185lbs and this made me feel good about myself.

I had a knee injury a year ago, and now I'm about to hit all time PRs in Snatch and clean and jerk. I like developing and executing a plan that works. The gym is a place where I work through all the abuse from people in my life. It makes me feel strong when I've been weak and the victim in the past. It makes me feel like there's hope and a reason to keep going.

I do my own programming. I'll hit this comp then hit a hypertrophy block through the winter. We're having another baby in March so I won't compete for another year or two so I'll just hypertrophy > strength > fat loss repeat for two years then compete and I should be in a nice spot then.

What client(s) do you use? If you use Coracle or one that has NIP-87 functionality, there are Closed Groups that could be an option if some people don't want their stuff public.

I use pretty much all of them. haven’t tried the closed groups in Coracle but yeah a private chat would be helpful too.

Did you workout today?

yeah just a neighborhood jog and 30min on the gym bike after work. I’ve got a bodyweight routine for the morning that I started a couple weeks ago.
