Sometimes I hate my vulnerability, like I look at you guys work and you make it seem so easy to be vulnerable!! Hearing you also have to consciously overcome those feels and passive aggressive types makes me feel a little more human. And brave.
Like most things, it gets easier with time, kind people beat out the mean ones, and the aggressive ones look foolish.

That’s the important part: uplift each other, everyone rises. Pulling people down as they climb means you’ve decided to make yourself comfortable at the bottom. There’s enough room for everyone at the top.
