You're making decisions for your users. That's called content moderation. Like making 2nd level WoT a "product decision". It's not for Primal to set these things by default

Of course it is for Primal to set. You get to decide what clients to use. You don't have some absurd and fantastical right to decide on behalf of client devs what defaults their clients can or cannot implement.

Nostr is about user AND developer choice. Devs don't have to implement every NIP and users can move around based on client features and capabilities.
