Some sort of scam going on.

We have two water heaters in our house. Both work perfectly fine. However, the insurance says we need to replace both of them because they are 10 years old.

So ridiculous.

we were told our roof was too old. I'm almost in a position to self insure and then wait for the government tell me I can't do that either.

My church lost our insurance coverage because the roof was old. So, I got a new one put on and they wouldn’t renew us.

In Florida it's hard to get home owners insurance we are without now and most likely will stay that way due to reasons 😧

I don’t think you can be required if it’s paid for. Usually required because of financing. I could be wrong but I don’t think it is.

It is still financed. Plus in a socialist country they seem to be able to do whatever they want.

no mortgage/ loan for me. double wide in polk county FL. it may be diff with stickbuilt, but i think it's the weather.
