My dog is about to die and I am out back digging a grave for him. This is much harder to do than I thought it would be. I am going to miss little Rocky.

I'm so sorry, Gary. Dogs are family members. I lost it when our last dog of 14 years died and it will be even worse this next time around. I believe each dog teaches us to love even more, preparing us to love our next dog even more than we thought was possible. 😭😭😭🫂🫂🫂

Turned out that the 5 minutes it took to fill the grave was much harder than the 20 minutes it took to dig the grave.
