FFS! The man I opened my heart & mind to many months ago could easily convince me to do almost *anything* 😉 No one has ever made me feel that way… ever. I knew better too. As soon as I saw his picture I told myself *not* to reply when he started liking my posts. I KNEW he would be my karma for all my past heartbreaks. Even told him so. 😂 Still, he was absolutely irresistible. It was as if he was created to destroy my ego. I was honest & overly protective & sensitive towards him for no logical reasons. It seemed irrelevant to attempt any head games as they all felt meaningless. There was something beautiful & pure though it only lasted a short time. Maybe love at first sight is always that way. I don’t know. 🤷🏻♀️
His voice will haunt me the rest of this lifetime. Trust me, I want to forget it. I deleted almost everything involving him as he made it clear he wasn’t interested any longer. That’s what adults must do. Sadly, our stupid human hearts take longer to heal. Humans always human. We just do.

Most of the time I behave like defeated to avoid any long discussions.

Genuinely, it depends on the context & person, right? While I’m capable of arguing almost anything: choosing to recognize when it falls on deaf ears may matter.
Why waste energy? Sometimes I’ll reply to things here knowing the person I reply to won’t care. It’s possible someone else will. That’s the point of social media. It’s “social” in a way real life isn’t.
Hearing each other out with respect and kindness, and then walking away knowing we can all change our minds (maybe you planted a seed, maybe they did too). Also, knowing that Truth always eventually prevails 🟠✨ Focusing on what you agree on instead of what you disagree on. And from a higher perspective, sometimes, we all just know nothing anyway 😅
Helpful perspective to acquire, we always learn something doesn't matter win or lose an argument.
