Where no data is harvested whatsoever preferably language model built for and by Bitcoiners?
Umbrel and start9 both have a local AI app. I believe it’s generally private but don’t know the details of how it really works under the proverbial hood
I don't know anything about umbrel specifically but if you are just interested in local AI ollama is very easy to setup and run and can be used to explore many AI models all run locally.
I was very impressed to see what could be run on my local computer.
I think Start9 has a version of nostr:npub1tayp5jjjfqx4ufukxqamsl28wd5pggvteqe6u9n3svjn62lfr0hsp89l42 on there.
I guess if you run it yourself, you’re safe from data harvesting
