Yeah, using #windows is the problem unfortunately. I managed to install without an account, but I hear they are making that even harder now.
To be fair, that was in a VM. And I hope to be rid of that soon.
It's actually relatively easy if you're not connected to the Internet at all, but you'll have to be far enough away that it can't detect a network at all, that or you need to be able to disable WiFi on your device.
