For all those posting "free samourai", you are just virtue signaling a dead cause.

They pleaded guilty, is game over !

If they were real freedom fighters will never plead guilty and will "play" the court in other way, not with pussy lawyers.

I suggest to watch the old movie "Interstate 60" and see what am I talking about. here is a scene of how to play the court to defend your position.

You never plead in a court, guilty or not guilty, never plead.

Pleading means you renounce to all your rights, you are a garbage, a slave and they can do whatever they want with you.

Setting aside the samourai issue you raise, I hear this sovereign citizen shit all the time and it never, ever works. If you've gotten as far as you have been detained and/or are in front of a judge don't try this stupid shit about the gold tassles and the articles of confederation and "im not driving, I'm traveling" bull shit. If you believe in all this word game bullshit you're going to prison so do yourself a favor and do your best to not get arrested in the first place. Life how you want and believe what you want, but you're not going to say some magic words and the Judge go "oh well, you're too smart you didn't plead so I can't do anything you're so clever" and they just let you walk. You are going to prison. Guns are real and they will use them.

Don't try to be clever to get out of the box, don't get put in a box in the first place.

I've got to say this again broadly, I have seen this sovereign citizen shit tried soo soo many times and it does not work. If you are already in front of a judge, it's too late for "this one clever trick" that will prevent the court from asserting jurisdiction over you at the point of a gun.

Again you are wrong and using a wrong term "sovereign citizen"... there's no such thing.

You cannot be citizen and sovereign in the same time.

Citizen means slave.

Sovereign means above all, nobody have any authority over you.

Listen if this works in your jurisdiction, then by all means do what works. I’m speaking from an American perspective where these tactics do not work. I just want people to stay out of the government’s box. I want people to be free and stay that way effectively.

There's no "your jurisdiction". Jurisdiction means you put yourself under somebody else rules and regulations.

A sovereign man is never under any jurisdiction....

I am my own state, with my own rules. Read more about Montevideo Convention in 1933.

I’m not trying to play word games with you and I’m very familiar with the international treaty resulting from the convention and am surprised that you think it matters based on what you’re saying in this same post unless you agree with the legitimacy of laws that you think support your own sovereignty and not laws that don’t which is confusing to me, but again I support anyone who can live free but caution people to understand the consequences of radical assertions of freedom in contexts where they lack the resources to actually support their assertions.
