Setting aside the samourai issue you raise, I hear this sovereign citizen shit all the time and it never, ever works. If you've gotten as far as you have been detained and/or are in front of a judge don't try this stupid shit about the gold tassles and the articles of confederation and "im not driving, I'm traveling" bull shit. If you believe in all this word game bullshit you're going to prison so do yourself a favor and do your best to not get arrested in the first place. Life how you want and believe what you want, but you're not going to say some magic words and the Judge go "oh well, you're too smart you didn't plead so I can't do anything you're so clever" and they just let you walk. You are going to prison. Guns are real and they will use them.
