I want to build a 3 tier planter for my patio. My herbs and flowers deserve a better setup then they have. I haven't bought lumber in two years. Is it still expensive as hell?

Cheaper than it was a year ago, especially outdoor-grade. Still more expensive than 2020.

I'm a truss designer, lumber is down from where it was dumb expensive. Lowest it's been in since the price exploded. Still probably 30% more than pre pandemic.
