Intermittent fasting

so I've been doing this. xcept I don't like the fasting idea. Instead I have a window of 8 hrs for eating, not anything but what I need.

Completely agree. Just keep busy and you're good. Me personally, skip breakfast, work thru lunch. 4-9pm eating window.
