Let's do these people next. Not because I politically disagree with them. Because they are calling for murder of political opposition. ie terrorists.

I would say these people are extremists which is legally protected activity in America. If they are plotting or planning more violence though they become terrorists at that point.
Fair. But there is a fine line between a call to action, and free speech. This is on a very thin line imo.
