My bot does something similar, it sends posts with images at more or less set times of the day.
It's barebones, but he can do it with this app I made. Just enter a timestamp in the future (clients won't show them until the time comes).
Ah sorry no he can't. Forgot that I made it set created_at to the current time upon publishing.
