The rain is a bit scary, but it makes the weeds big and tasty. So it's ok.
At least you have a layer of stubble on the soil to catch the rain. I bet there's a few farmers that are down to dust.
I hope some of it lands. Those clouds look good for a decent dump.
So many of our neighbours properties are grey to look at from so much exposed soil. We tried really hard this season to maintain soil cover and living roots in the earth. So hard we've had a steady rain on and off and a penetration into the soil, only shallow but it's a good start.
