The industrial bankers jumped in after Ross was arrested and his bitcoin valued in dollars. They preceded the Maxi Hodler. However, the earliest adopters of bitcoin were not driven by greed but by freedom and charity.

As the original "Maxi" and never a Hodler, I assure you, neither is a criterion for winning or losing friends. But making sweeping generalizations about a group of people will make you popular or unpopular in particular echo chambers. Popularity over principles is a problem only if you're principled and want to be popular.

I suggest staying in your lane. First you have to know what lane that is. What is your raison d'ĂȘtre in Bitcoin?
