It’s sad seeing freedom advocates like the EFF having to use xtwitter.
Like bitcoin, nostr stays constant and everything else sinks around it. Eventually those drowning in everything else will make it to the one place they can breath.

Network effects are stronger than idealisms. Pulling more network effect, creating better software (not only better that itself but better than the competition, from the UI/UX to features) is the only long term solution for #nostr to broaden out from a specific “tribe”.
Strikes me as fair. But like Bitcoin, I see nostr’s dominance as inevitable, even if it takes a decade or more.

I think when we envision bitcoin and Nostr protocols we think of them as they are today, but neither of them are static. The truths the represent cannot be destroyed only suppressed, and it’s becoming difficult for the incumbent system to suppress them.
