Most chicken nuggets are trash food that taste awful. The US has very loose food guidelines and majority of food is processed, full of seed oils, and horrible for you.

The recipe changed dramatically over the years. Pre 1990 fries and pre 2003 mcnuggets were far superior. GenX romanticizes this in their heads.
They really used to be better quality, juicer, and bigger back in the day.
