What are your thoughts on GrapheneOS? Can I use the normal app store or is there a GrapheneOS specific app store? Is it easy to back out if you want to go back to the default Android? Any other gotchas to be aware of?

I’m not too familiar but I think you have to use the F-Droid App Store with Graphene.

Probably not easy to go back and forth without wiping your device.
