First of all, very calm and more introspective. But I also have a more loving disposition towards others and I'm less irritable, typically starting on day 3. Regarding sleep, I don't have any good suggestions - my sleep always gets shorter and more shallow during the fast. If you have the luxury of a flexible schedule, it is best to simply get up whenever you wake up naturally and then sleep during the day, whenever you feel tired.
